QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience at a management level.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing quality assurance related field.
  • Team Management / Integrity / leadership / problem solving skills.
  • Good command in English
  • Experienced with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Standards for LPG cylinders manufacturing.
  • Extensive skills in Microsoft Office, experience with other software suites such as AutoCAD, or SAP is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Responsible for quality assurance process and operation to ensure the quality of products meets the standards and customer requirements.
  • Supervise the product design team to ensure the thoroughness of product design, compliance with standards, and its role as a blueprint for the production process.
  • Develop systems to manage failure mode effects and analysis, corrective actions, and report root cause analysis for internal and external quality issues.
  • Maintain quality assurance documents to support customers, routine audits, and certification audits.

  • Working area: Bangkhunthien-Chaitalay
  • Working day: 6 days a week
  • Working hours: 07.00-16.00
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management.
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001 system requirements.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and related regulations.
  • Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office and the SAP system.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish policies and guidelines for human resources management within the organization, covering workforce planning, recruitment, development, training, labor relations, and administrative tasks, and present them to management.
  • Define strategies and plans related to human resources and administration to align with the organization’s policies, goals, and direction.
  • Implement systems for managing various aspects of human resources, including Career Path, compensation structures, performance management, employee training and development, Career & Succession Planning, security protocols, and organizational culture development.
  • Ensure and manage operations in compliance with various certified standard, such as ISO9001, ISO14001, as well as standards required by customers.
  • Provide recommendations and advice related to human resources management that are appropriated, aligned with the organization’s policies, direction, circumstances, and the issues that arise within the organization.
  • Manage, control and carry out activities related to human resources management in accordance with the set goals and plans.
  • Supervise, oversee, provide guidance, and advise subordinates in their work to align with set goals and plans.
  • Train and develop the capabilities of subordinates to work efficiently and continuously improve their skills in order to increase the productivity.
  • Provide consultation and guidance on personnel management to various departments to establish organizational HR standards.
  • Manage and control activities related to human resources management to align with set goals and plans.
  • Supervise, guide, and advise subordinates in their work to align with set goals and plans.

  • Able to read Engineering Drawing well.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Utilize and create new sale channels to customers and handle activities from initial contact to closing deal.
  • Develop bidding tenders and initiate sales to international customers globally.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategy and improve customer relations.
  • Evaluate sale proceedings and present the results to management team for policy decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Day-to-day contact with distributers and corporate customers for domestic market.
  • Co-ordinate technical and commercial problem solving with customers and internal departments.
  • Develop new sale and marketing projects and improve customer relations.
  • Analyze and summarize sale results and customer feedback to management.
  • Majority of work will be in Thai, with some projects will require English language communications.
